Configuration of TicketM

As a part of installation you will need to provide values for following parameters:

 TFS Related Values Exchange Server Related Values 
 TFS Name  Name of Exchange Server
 Team Project Collection Name  Exchange Server Version
 TFS Administrator User Name  HelpDesk Account User Name
 TFS Administrator Password  HelpDesk Account Password
 Active Directory Domain Name  
 Name of the default team project (HelpDesk by default).  
 Products

For each team project you can add a set of products. They will appear as a selectable field on the form of the ticket. This can be used as an additional classification criterion. Product once created cannot be deleted.
