TicketM leverages the work item tracking service of the Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2012 to register and track support tickets. It extends the services of TFS to support following features:
  • Custom work item of the type Ticket on TFS in projects of your choice.
  • Ticket can be created from TFS Web Access, Visual Studio, Eclipse or just by sending an email to a preconfigured address.
  • Support for ticket management can be added to any project on your TFS.
  • Ticket can be assigned to any team member. Constraint for the assignment can be put per team or a team member based upon area.
  • Ticket will be automatically escalated if not closed within a preconfigured number of days.
  • Each area of the project can have it's own escalation account.
  • Ticket assignment and escalation emails are sent to the assignees. 
  • Custom reports to provide the ticket closure performance are available.
  • History of ticket with efforts by each person on that ticket are viewable.
